Fans will continue to see Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' Chunin Exams arc this May, and the test itself has now commenced. As the anime series is derived from Boruto: Naruto the Movie and recreated to tell some different stories, viewers can expect to catch never-before-seen scenes and storylines that have not yet been explored. So, thanks to Viz Media and Crunchyroll, here is the show's schedule and plotline for this month and June.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 58

In Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 58, "Tournament, Start!" Boruto and the rest of the team successfully passed the second Chunin Exam. So, to congratulate his child, Naruto personally visits his son and gives him words of encouragement for the test's third and final round. The last exam will be a tournament that will begin with Boruto and his first challenger, Yurui from the Hidden Cloud Village, per Anime Games Online.

In the final exam happening in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 58, they will be in one-on-one battles as the examinees will try their best to show what they learned from their training. The tournament rounds will also be displayed. Aside from Boruto, Shikadai will be facing Yodo of the Hidden Sand, who is known for always wearing her earphones and listening to some music. This episode will air on Thursday, May 17.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 59

In Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 59, "Boruto vs. Shikadai," Boruto will surpass the first level, so he will be advancing to face the next challenger, Shikadai. The two are known for having had friendly competitions. But, in the Chunin Exams, they will be having their first serious fight.

In Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 59, fans will also see Chocho going head-to-head against Shinki of the Hidden Sand, Spiralling Sphere noted. Chocho will do everything to defeat Shinki, who is known for her coolness and eeriness. This episode will air on May 24.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 60

In Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 60, "Hidden Leaf vs. Hidden Sand," Sarada Uchiha will be on the offense against Araya of the Hidden Sand Village as she uses her weapons and Sharingan. However, her enemy is a very skilled one, so Araya will be blocking Uchiha's attack that would put her in the corner and could lead to Araya's victory.

As this will be the tournament's grand finale, fans will also see the battle between Mitsuki and Shinki. The two successfully conserved their strength to prepare for this ultimate fight that will surely be an epic showdown. Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 60 will air on May 31.

Unfortunately, no official plotline has been revealed for Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 61, "Shinki, The Magnet Release User," but it will be released on June 7. The anime series' episode summaries are all official; however, its episode titles may change upon release.
