Lee Seung Gi showed just how much he values filial piety during one episode of his show Master in the House when the actor surprised a special someone. That special someone is made even more special from the fact that the two have not seen each other in several years.

We are talking about Lee Seung Gi's grandmother who just visited him for the first time after being apart for four years. The heartwarming moment in Master in the House was initiated by the master himself, Cha In Pyo, whom the four protagonists of the show must learn their life lessons from.

Cha In Pyo asked his four hosts what they want to do the most at the moment, to which Lee Seung Gi responded he wanted to see his grandmother. Of course, this is one of the typical Master in the House moments where Cha In Pyo spontaneously makes plans for all of them to visit Lee Seung Gi's grandmother.

Eventually, Lee Seung Gi approves, and the five of them went off to visit his grandmother who lives in Sokcho, South Korea and can't travel due to old age. This is where Master in the House's majestic moment drew a tear in everyone's eyes as the heartfelt reunion between Lee Seung Gi and his grandmother became quite an emotional moment.

This is made even more apparent with Lee Seung Gi's guilt after not being able to visit his grandmother despite his promises due to his busy schedule. Adding to the charm of that moment in Master in the House is the when Lee Seung Gi's grandmother also welcomed Cha In Pyo and the three others just as she did her grandson, hugging them and warmly greeting them before inviting them in.

This may not have been too surprising once Lee Seung Gi's grandmother revealed that she was a big fan of Master in the House and has been watching his grandson all along. Still, having the emotional reunion recorded and broadcast on national television makes it all the more magical and is one of the charms of Master in the House.

Right now, Master in the House is becoming more popular than ever thanks to moments like this. It has even trumped longtime Sunday variety shows in terms of rating despite being a relatively younger show.
