Both Descendants of The Sun lead stars shed tears during their wedding ceremony at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul, South Korea. Song Joong Ki cried while delivering his vow to his beautiful bride while Song Hye Kyo did not hold her tears upon seeing her mother. The newlyweds also requested Song Hye Kyo's close friend, singer Ok Joo Hyun, to sing the soundtrack of Disney's Alladin, "A Whole New World," on their wedding. The song was reportedly chosen by the couple.

The Descendants of the Sun's actress walked down the aisle in her classic Christian Dior wedding gown and a bouquet of Lily Of The Valley. Apparently, it is the same flowers that Kate Middleton and Prince William had in her wedding. The expensive bouquet of flowers was caught by Song Hye Kyo's close painter friend.
The Honeymoon
The Song-Song couple headed off to Europe right after the wedding for their honeymoon. When the couple came back from their honeymoon, they moved into their newly renovated home in Itaewon. Song Joong Ki purchased the mansion in January 2017 and has been renovated since.
