Carrie Underwood & Mike Fisher Hounded By Divorce Rumors
Is Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher headed to splitsville? Rumor has it that the pair has been going through a lot lately and the main cause should the divorce be true is their lack of time for each other.
Fisher is a professional hockey player who recently got back to the game whilst Underwood has been on tour for years. In Touch Weekly has a source that claims that the couple is now at a breaking point in their marriage.
However, some fans find it hard to believe as Underwood is all in support of her hubby going back into hockey. Earlier this month, Underwood expressed her excitement over the news that her husband is coming out of retirement from the National Hockey League and will be playing for the Nashville Predators.
She posted a tweet on January 31 saying, "This is happening! Fish is back! So proud of you, baby! We want the cup!!!"
The Nashville Predators broke the news on Twitter: "SEE YOU AGAIN. Mike Fisher is ending his retirement and will play for the #Preds this season."
In a press conference last month, Fisher also said that he has his wife's blessing to return to the game. "Carrie asked me every day what I was going to do and she was excited for me to come back. I had the blessing of the family, so felt good about that, he said.
There are also rumors that the couple has been trying to get pregnant again but luck isn't on their side.
The couple has always kept their private lives private as they are not the one to divulge information about what's going on in their relationship. With that being said, it is expected that these two will not be airing any of their "dirty laundry" and a divorce will not be confirmed unless they actually file for it.
Still, fans are hopeful that Underwood and Fisher are fine. Keeping their marriage intact is very important as they have an adorable 2-year-old son, Isaiah.
