‘Game of Thrones’ Season 8 Spoilers: Daenerys’ Dream May Come True, Dragons Will Attack The City
The viewers are excited seeing the constant progress in the storyline of Game of Thrones Season 8. Recently, a set of new snaps from the Croatia production set have surfaced online.
Based on the leaked photographs from the set of Game of Thrones Season 8, the ultimate fate of Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) and Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) remain under wraps. However, both the characters are undeniably going to have a confrontation when the series hit the screens. A report released by Watchers on the Wall shows the creation of twin towers, which are "about 50 percent taller" than the watchtower standing at the other end of Titanic Studio's production set.
The website further provides details on the twin towers, which were initially constructed on the ground and later placed on set with the application of cranes. Once the series hits the small screens, the viewers will be amazed to see those beautiful creations on either side of the city gate.
The new spoilers released by International Business Times Australia suggest that King's Landing will come under attack during the final season of Game of Thrones. This is expected to be the actual cause why the series creators and producers are all set to give a final shape to the set in this process instead of applying computer graphics.
On the other hand, the website further reveals that the dragons will attack the entire city. Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) has foreseen in her superhuman vision that the entire city will be burnt to the ground. Fans are worried if such incidents take place, in reality, nothing will remain except ashes. This unfortunate incident may be a part of the storyline, that's why the studio is so immense and portraying varied sections of the city.
In the previous season of the series, the viewers had seen a huge map of Westeros painted on the floor of the courtyard in King's Landing. The map room is actually set inside the Paint Hall at the series' studio (Titanic Studio) located in Belfast. Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey) is regularly seen inspecting the map room in the previous season of the series.
According to Express, The executive producer, Steve Kullback has tried to give more information and elaborate why the map is so vital. He said that the series creators DB Weis and David Benioff had asked him and his team to make it an exterior location in season 8. However, Kullback was not ready to reveal the exact reason but he said that there was a requirement to see the sky in the (forthcoming) coverage. The dragons will surely fly over the map room when the series airs but we are still unaware who can be behind the attack. The experts' predictions say that it could be either Dany or White Walkers attacking the capital.
The airing of Game of Thrones Season 8 is yet to be announced. However, it will be aired anytime in 2019.
