'Fuller House': Jodie Sweetin's Salary Revealed As She Faces Ex-Husband In Court

Fuller House season 3

Jodie Sweetin, along with the rest of the original cast, returned to "Fuller House," the long-awaited continuation of the popular late '80s-early '90s comedy-drama. Many suspects that, in order to bring everyone back, Netflix had to shell out a whole lot of money to give the cast a pay raise, and they might be right.

This week, Sweetin faced her ex-husband, Morty Coyle, who is asking for a more substantial child support for their daughter, seven-year-old Beatrix. The two are still in an on-going custody battle.

According to The Blast, Coyle currently receives $1,864 per month from Sweetin and he wants more. Because he only makes about $2.500 per month as a disc jockey, he thinks that the actress could contribute a little more because their daughter has started recognizing the stark difference in her parents' incomes.

if the reports are to be believed, then there is, indeed, a significant difference between Coyle's and Sweetin's salaries. From her Netflix gig alone, the 35-year-old is earning around $590 per hour of filming "Fuller House."  When added, she cashes in around $26,000 per week and, if the series continues to Season 6, she could be looking at a $30,000 salary, the publication noted.

Moreover, "Fuller House" is not her only drama this year. In fact, she also stars in "Hollywood Darlings," a comedy series on Pop. It was already renewed for a second season.

She also makes multiple commercials, including some from Japan. In addition, the actress who plays the role of Stephanie Tanner gets invited to speaking engagements.

In other news, Variety reported that "Fuller House" has become the most binge-raced (a term coined to pertain to viewers watching an entirely new season within 24 hours of release) series on Netflix. It came second to "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life," also another series brought back from the dead by the streaming service.
