"Alaskan Bush People" star Ami Brown prepares for another round of chemotherapy.

Thousands of fans were devastated when it was first announced that Ami Brown has a stage-4 lung cancer. Because of this, Billy and his seven children were forced to shut down their homestead in Alaska and decided to transfer to California for their matriarch's medications and therapies. The 53-year-old "Alaskan Bush People" star reportedly completed her chemotherapy last month; however, new reports claim that more are coming.

Primadonne reported Ami Brown has been receiving therapies and medications in UCLA Medical Center. Reports have it that the "Alaskan Bush People" star is now preparing for the second round of chemotherapy as she continues her battle against the fatal disease. Sources said that Billy's wife needs to undergo another round due to her very complicated health condition.

It was previously revealed in "Alaskan Bush People" Season 7 that Ami Brown needs to undergo radiation five days a week for six weeks. After that, she has to go through a four-hour chemotherapy once every week. In a previous interview, the mom of seven claimed that she would fight for her life until her last breath for her family.

"I realized early into this that it's very easy to want to give up and just die. And on the pessimist side, it could be my last days," Ami Brown told People in an interview. "But I have the will to fight," the "Alaskan Bush People" star went on. She added that her family has been very supportive of her.

Meanwhile, Inquisitr shared that the Brown family is still willing to come back for "Alaskan Bush People" Season 8 despite Ami's very complicated state. Speculations are rife that the clan needs to continue working to support the medications and therapies of their matriarch. As a matter of fact, there were reports saying that they have already started filming in California and the new installment might start airing this month.

Billy, Ami and the Brown children have yet to confirm or deny these claims. Hence, avid followers of the popular Discover Channel series should take these speculations with a grain of salt until everything is proven true and correct. Stay tuned for more "Alaskan Bush People" news and updates!
