NU'EST YouTube Still: How NU'EST Fans Lit Up The Show Up At The 2017 Korea Music Festival

Unconfirmed reports have pointed at the likelihood of Pledis Entertainment manager Han Sung Soo landing the temporary role of producing Idol School finalists. The sources reveal that the prolific chief executive of the entertainment label for up-and-coming stars may get the job after tonight's final selectees come to light. 'Idol School' provides a leeway for 9 finalists to get a managed upstaging into music fame.

The entertainment label that also produces other groups like NU'EST, which is currently doing well in South Korea has not yet received the mandate to carry on the managerial peg. But Pledis Entertainment may acquire the beacon to carry the task of managing the new girls on the block after tonight as they are no other fronted labels.

The timeline of shortlisting has seen a total of eighteen contenders ward of competition from the original bigger list: this is according to AllKPop site. Of these, only nine will have a chance to make it to the shortlist and land a worry-free lease into the entertainment industry. If Pledis Entertainment becomes their new producers, they may have a chance to make a kill like other successful girl-groups.

Fans of Idol School can have a chance to witness the unveiling of the new qualifying students this Friday at 11 P.M. Korean Standard Time. The finalists have the license to begin their journey to fame during their premiere on Mnet from 20th of next month and their show will hence be airing on Friday nights.

The process of selecting the likely Pledis Entertainment-managed Idol School winners began the previous week via live and Internet-based voting, reports Soompi. The voting will also extend to tonight on a live feed that will enable viewers to witness music democracy at work before the final announcement an hour to midnight.

Pledis Entertainment shot at producing the emerging girl group will see the label steer the upcoming divas through post-vocal and dance training. The girls would have learned the skills during their Idol School eleven-week stint.
