'League Of Legends' Big Nerfs: Caitlyn, Leblanc, Orianna, Syndra, Maokai, Galio, Cho'Gath
Riot Games has released nerfs on several champions ranging from ADC to mid-lane mages. Find out which champions are affected and what skills have been nerfed.
AD Carry champion Caitlyn receive another nerf to her kit and likely to affect in-game performance. Peacemaker skill has been reduced from 67 to 50 percent of its full damage to all targets after hitting the first one which decreases its useful in team fights.
Caitlyn's passive Headshot damage on Yordle Snap Trap is reduced at early levels and will only deal significant damage once it has reached maximum level. Moreover, the attack damage ratio on that particular skill is adjusted from 70 to 60 percent.
Mid-lane mages such as Taliyah, Orianna, Syndra and semi-assassin Leblanc also received nerfs. Leblanc's Shatter Orb still detonates and deals damage to enemies affected by Sigil of Malice but effectiveness reduced from 80 to 50 percent against minions which affects how fast the champion can clear minion waves.
For Orianna's Command, dissonance skill base damage is reduced by 20 points at all ranks but the scaling damage will remain which requires the player to build high Ability Power on the champion for late game team fights. Syndra's ultimate Unleashed Power has reduced AP scaling rate from 20 to 17 percent at all levels and total damage drop from 60 to 51 percent, according to Dot Esports.
Tank champion Maokai also received a nerf to the Bramble Smash which now deals less damage at higher skill rank. Galio's base armor has been reduced to 24 from 27 points, Winds of War base damage reduced at all skill ranks and Hero's Entrance channels longer from one to 1.25 seconds.
Cho'Gath's Vorpal Spikes base damage reduced as the skill rank goes higher and ratio on the target's maximum health has been reduced from four to three percent. Gragas also received nerfs which are reduced base attack speed from 0.651 to 0.625 and increased cooldown on the Explosive Cask from 100 to 120 seconds at level one and 90 to 100 at level two, according to the "League of Legends" website website.
