‘Running Man’ Spoilers: Girls’ Generation As Guests In August Without Seohyun

Girls' Generation is a K-pop girl group with eight members namely Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona and Seohyun.

One of the things "Running Man" fans can expect in the upcoming episodes is the guest appearance of Girls' Generation. However, only seven of the eight members of the K-pop girl group will appear on the South Korean variety show.

The seven Girls' Generation members who will appear on "Running Man" in August of Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung and Yoona. Seohyun will not participate in the filming for the SBS variety show, a source from SBS confirmed to Herald Corp.

The source said they were about to start filming with Girls' Generation. The specific broadcast date has yet to be confirmed but it is tentatively scheduled to air either in the second or third week of August.

Seohyun is about to film for her upcoming SBS drama series with a working title "Temperature of Love." She will reunite with her former "Romantic Doctor Kim" co-actor Yang Se Jong.

SM Entertainment launched Taeyeon, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona and Seohyun as Girls' Generation on Aug. 5, 2007. They made their official debut by performing their first single "Into the New World" on the SBS show "Inkigayo."

After a two-year hiatus, Girls' Generation will release an album on their 10-year anniversary. The eight members of the K-pop girl group will also be featured in the August issue of W Korea.

In an interview with the magazine, the Girls' Generation members talked about how they have changed since their debut and what their group means to them. For Yoona, among the eight members, it was Seohyun who has changed the most because she transformed from an introvert into am energetic person.

Yoona added that Tiffany had much improvement in the Korean language. The latter was born and raised in California.

For Tiffany, Girls' Generation is a place where she learns only good things and being part of the group is an honor and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. If she was born again, she would want to be a member of the K-pop girl group again, she said.
