"Fight For My Way" continued to post strong ratings as the KBS drama completed its penultimate broadcast week. Recently, the Park Seo Joon starrer attained impressive viewership shares that surpassed its own earlier record-high ratings.

Following the release of "Fight For My Way" episode 14 that featured several heartbreaking moments, viewership shares of Park Seo Joon's drama increased to a higher level. Aired on July 4, Tuesday, the said episode posted ratings of 13 percent and 14.2 percent across the South Korean nation and in Seoul, respectively, according to Nielsen Korea.

The storyline for "Fight For My Way" episode 14 shocked many viewers given the results of Dong Man's (Park Seo Joon) long-awaited fight with Tak Su (Kim Kun Woo). After Ae Ra's (Kim Ji Won) boyfriend suffered a strong attack on the head that severely injured his eye, the former Taekwondo player's match with Tak Su was stopped. However, the attack appears to have also damaged Dong Man's ear drums since he suddenly lost his hearing after exiting the hospital.

With only two episodes left before "Fight For My Way" ends its nearly two-month run, it is unclear if Dong Man will be able to recover from his recent health crisis. Moreover, it is also unsure if Park Seo Joon's drama will reach the 15 percent TV rating level during its upcoming finale week given the said production's recent cliffhanger ending.

Meanwhile, "Fight For My Way" achieved an impressive milestone by topping a TV popularity chart. For the last week of June, the Park Seo Joon starrer nabbed the first spot on the Content Power Index (CPI) with a score of 266.2 points, according to data from entertainment firm CJ E&M and Nielsen Korea, as cited by Korean news outlet Joy News. The drama's recent achievement even broke the 11-week reign posted by the variety show "Produce 101" Season 2.

"Fight For My Way" airs every Monday and Tuesday on KBS. The said drama will release its final two episodes on July 10 and July 11.
