BIGBANG T.O.P. Receives Heartwarming Gesture From His Fans To Support Him On His Upcoming Trial

T.O.P's Face Was Blurred Out In KBS' New Program

BIGBANG member T.O.P. is set to appear in court by the end of this month for the formal hearing of his case. The idol singer recently admitted to charges of illegally smoking marijuana in South Korea. The scandal has shaken the singer so bad that he was even admitted to the hospital after being found unconscious.

His fans all over the world are banding together to launch a special project to show their support for him at this upcoming trial. According to Koreaboo, international fan site, TOP’s Fools will be holding a fan art contest. The main objective of the contest is to collect fan arts and put it into one photobook, which they will be giving to T.O.P.

Those who are interested to send their artworks for the special photobook can submit entries until June 27 and the winners will be revealed on June 28. The photobook project will also include letters from fans so the fan site will be accepting messages for the BIGBANG member until July 1. In addition to getting their works featured, winners will also get a free copy of DAZED magazine featuring T.O.P. on the front cover.

Fans all over the globe has been voicing out their support for the BIGBANG member in any way they can. The amount of scrutiny has taken a toll on T.O.P's mental health that his family and YG Entertainment have forced people especially media to stay away from him as he tries to recover. After regaining conscious, doctors recommended that T.O.P undergo psychiatric therapy.

T.O.P’s upcoming trial will be in the morning of June 29. It will be held at the Seoul Central District Court and T.O.P has to show up given that there are no extraordinary circumstances hindering him. The female trainee who was involved with the marijuana charges was sentenced to four years of probation with a fine of more than $700 and has been ordered to undergo 120 hours of drug counseling.
