Super Junior To Make A Comeback In October; Netizens Opposing It
As can be recalled, it was recently made official that Super Junior is scheduled to make a comeback after almost two years for the first time coming October. The members comprising of Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Siwon, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Shindong and Sungmin will be making a comeback in the music industry after almost two years. However, it appears like the Netizens have started heavily opposing the fact that Sungmin is a part of the group as it makes it a comeback.
According to a report published by Allkpop, netizens have started opposing to the 8-member Super Junior comeback, specifically due to Sungmin. The report further goes on to note that Sungmin got married to musical artist Kim Sa Eun back in 2014. He along with the rest including Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Siwon, Eunhyuk, Donghae and Shindong will be making their grand comeback. However, other members including Siwon, Eunhyuk, and Donghae, who are still in the process of finishing their military enlistment service, will be joining them later.
The report notes Netizens as saying things like how they haven't been able to listen to the group songs after 2014 and that they have only been listening to solo songs. They are of the opinion that they will no longer be able to ensure listening to new songs and that they really can't stand the thought of the same.
The fans are of this opinion because Sungmin apparently mistreated them back in 2014, during his marriage. Even though the group members were against it, Sungmin still decided to go ahead with the decision of getting hitched. This led to a lot of negative review for the group as a whole. It seems like while the group members have forgotten the grudge, the fans still haven't and thus are opposing the comeback.
