Lil Wayne's Miami Beach Mansion was swarmed by Police and his assets were seized, originating from a lawsuit between the rapper and a private jet leasing company, according to Rolling Stone.

Miami-based Signature Group sued Lil Wayne, also known as Dwayne Carter, Jr. for two million dollars over missed payments.

Lisa L. Walsh, Miami County Dade Judge has denied a "break order" requested by Signature, according to court documents obtained by the Miami New Times.

Signature wasn't sure if there were valuable assets inside the rapper's home, and this order would allow police to enter Wayne's house with or without his permission.

Judge Walsh reversed her decision and signed a new order Oct. 30, Friday. Her decision was partly because of an affidavit from a real estate agent who "had recently been inside the defendant's home and attested that there were assets inside," according to Signature's suit.

A helicopter hovered over Lil Wayne's $11 million dollar home as a tow truck, a flatbed truck, and police cars were parked outside the mansion, revealed WSVN.

Items like skateboards, signed football helmets, paintings and a "Cash Money Record Plaque" were hauled off by Miami Beach Police.

This was to satisfy the court judgment, and to cover the  $200,000 worth of lawyers fees initially paid by by sad jet leasing company.

In March, Wayne's home was visited by the SWAT team because of a reported shooting.

The SWAT team spent several hours on the scene but did not locate any subjects or victims. There was also no evidence of shots fired. The police declared the incident as a hoax.

Even with other ongoing legal battles and this lawsuit, Lil Wayne has kept busy. Recently, the rapper appeared alongside Big Sean and Chris Brown on a track from DJ Khaled's new album, "I Changed a Lot."

The rapper also tweeted Monday that he will be releasing a mixtape, "No Ceilings 2." It will be out on Thanksgiving.
