'Boys Over Flowers' Star Gu Hye Sun Is 100% Recovered, Reviewing Offers For Next Project

"Boys Over Flowers" star Gu Hye Sun is 100 percent recovered and ready to go back to work. This was reported by her management, YG Entertainment as an update to the actress' health condition.  

According to a report by Soompi, YG Entertainment made the announcement that GU Hye Sun is no longer experiencing difficulty in her everyday life after she was diagnosed with a severe case of anaphylactic allergy early this year. The actress was already filming for the drama "You're Too Much" in which she was supposed to appear as the lead star when she started to experience heaviness in breathing and dizziness while on the set.

Gu Hye Sun was rushed to the hospital to receive treatment because of the severity of her condition. While the actress was willing to continue filming with the aid of an ambulance car on set to provide her with IV fluids, it was later decided that she would leave the show to focus on her health.

According to Drama Fever, Gu Hye Sun's allergic shocks, which even hampered her ability to eat. If not treated properly, the actress' life could be put in danger.  

"Everyone is sorry to let Gu Hye Sun go," insiders from, "You're Too Much" production team said. "We looked for ways to keep her. But health precedes the show business."

It can be recalled that Gu Hye Sun wanted to continue filming since she was very committed to the project. "You're Too Much" would have been her comeback to Korean dramas after she got married to her "Blood" co-star Ahn Jae Hyun last year.

According to YG, since Gu Hye Sun is already fully recovered from her allergy episodes, she is raring to go back to work. She is said to be reviewing offers for her next project.
