BTS Wows Fans With Surprise Cover Of 'We Don't Talk Anymore'; Reveals Plans For Their Fans
BTS continues to surprise fans all over the world. Just recently, two members of the said K-pop group released a cover of “We Don’t Talk Anymore”. Meanwhile, they have also revealed what they want to do with their fans in the future.
On June 2, BTS, otherwise known as Bangtan Boys, released a full cover of Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez’s song, “We Don’t Talk Anymore”. The said cover was sung by members Jimin Park and Jungkook Jeon. The cover has reached fans all over the globe and gained interest as soon as it was uploaded to their official YouTube account, BangtanTV.
The cover has already garnered more than 2.2 million views on YouTube and it continues to circulate the Internet especially among avid fans. This wasn’t the first time a BTS member pulled a stunt like this. In fact, back in January 2017, Jungkook uploaded his cover version of the same song and Charlie Puth himself recognized the effort, admitting that he was also a fan of BTS. In March, Puth shared that he thinks BTS is a fantastic band and he would want to meet them in person someday.
BTS has been taking the world by storm and has been gaining international attention after they nabbed the Top Social Artist Award at the recent Billboard Music Awards, beating Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande to it. Despite being an Asian group surrounded by international artists they looked up to, their acceptance speech was dedicated to their fans. The Big Hit Entertainment group has always voiced out their love and appreciation for their fans, who they say have always been the reason why they have reached this far.
BTS recently appeared on an interview on KBS 2TV’s “One Night of TV Entertainment” and revealed several activities they want to do with their beloved fans. V wants to treat their fans at a restaurant. Rap Monster prefers to rent out a coffee shop so he can hang out with the fans and talk about how they became their fans.
