Song Joong Ki, Hye Kyo Might Get Marriage Soon; Buys Property In Itaewon

Song Joong Ki is among the top Korean actors to have garnered popularity in such a short period of time. It appears like his hard work is finally paying off. Several reports carrying a new document suggesting that Song Joong Ki has purchased a house worth 10-billion-dollars has surfaced online. This is a big step taken by Song Joong Ki and it has led many to believe that the actor might be preparing for a marriage life.

According to a report published by Asia One, the document first appeared on the Chinese newspaper website, The Korea Herald. The document clearly indicated the buyer, Song Joong Ki had invested an approximate of $12.4 million in a property located in Itaewon. According to the information provided in the document, the property is believed to comprise a total floor area of around 271.7 square meters. New rumors are suggesting that the actor made the investment in order to secure his future marriage life with his girlfriend, Song Hye Kyo.

To recall and as reported by Soompi, Song Joong Ki made his first purchase earlier this year when he shelled out around 2.5 billion dollars in a villa located in Seoul. It appears like the actor is constantly at it when it comes to investing in property. This clearly suggests that he is securing his future.
