'God Of War' PS4 News & Update: Fans Expect Trailer, Release Date At E3
The Electronic Entertainment Expo is just around the corner and "God of War" fans are eagerly waiting for it as they might get to hear some latest development about the upcoming installment of the highly popular video game. Last year, in the same event, Sony Santa Monica caught the attentions of the fans by showing the clips of the new "God of War" game for PlayStation 4.
In a report by I Sports Times, there hasn't been any official release day announced by Sony for "God of War", however, the voice actor of Kratos, the lead character of the game, has provided with a disappointing hint according to which, the highly anticipated third-person video game may not release in 2017. On his Twitter account, Christopher Judge previously mentioned under his "God of War" profile that the game may hit the stores this year. But the post seems now seems to be taken off, specifying Sony's intention of keeping the matters quite.
According to Christian Post, thousands of gamers discussed the forthcoming eighth installment of "God of War" on a long Reddit thread, and many expressed their desire to see Kratos at E3 again. The fans are extremely excited about this title, given the fact that the new game's setting is altered from regular Greek mythology to Norse mythology. Moreover, Kratos now being a father, mentor, and protector to son Atreus is another major element associated with the game.
The fans are also expecting a teaser or trailer, which may be shown during the E3 and put an end certain rumors regarding "God of War" PS4 by giving some solid news such as release date, even if it is next year.
