Selective movie theatres discreetly announced to ban light sabers and masks on the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" movie premier.

"Star Wars costumes are welcome. However, no face coverings, face paint or simulated weapons (including lightsabers/blasters) will be allowed in the building," reads the poster announcement made by Cinemark as reported on Tech Times.

AMC movie theatre announced a similar thought for the Star Wars fans saying, "AMC does not permit weapons or items that would make other guests feel uncomfortable or detract from the movie-going experience," according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"Guests are welcome to come dressed in costume, but we do not permit masks," the announcement continues via AMC's official website. "In short, bring your lightsaber, turn it off during the movie, and leave the blaster and Darth Vader mask at home."

The announcement was made to protect the safety of the moviegoers. It is an added precation to prevent what happened during "The Dark Knight Rises" mass shooting in 2012 in Aurora, Colorado and the recent incident of the same case at a Lafayette, Louisiana theater during the "Trainwreck" screening, according to Collider.

On the other hand, a French airline offers an early glimpse of the movie, but it will cost a flight to Paris.

On Dec. 16, two days before the official release date, all flights of Air France departing from Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York going to Charles de Gaulle Airport will have the privilege to watch the movie ahead of everyone else.

Air France is not the only airline that is delving into "Star Wars" mode. Nippon Airways is also adorning their airplanes with R2-D2 and BB8 design, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The most awaited "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" directed by J.J. Abrams will be on theatres on Dec. 18, according to Tech Times.
