Being rejected on national television can be very embarrassing but Girls Generation's YoonA handled the said situation with grace. The Kpop idol recently experienced being turned down by other people on the reality show "Let's Eat Dinner Together."

Girls Generation's YoonA showcased her cool side on the recent episode of the JTBC program "Let's Eat Dinner Together." Aired on May 10, Wednesday, the Kpop idol was tasked to find a family or a person who would be willing to invite her to their homes for a meal. However, things did not go well for the singer turned actress when the random people that she selected rejected her requests, Soompi reported.

Having knocked on the doors of several homes, Girls Generation's YoonA experienced being turned away by a grandfather who claimed that he was all alone and had no plans to eat. "The K2" actress even had a door slammed in her face, as well as another homeowner cutting off the apartment's intercom call thinking that someone was playing a prank on them after the singer introduced herself.

Despite the many rejections, the Kpop idol retained her bright personality and even laughed over the said incidents. Towards the end of the JTBC program, Girls Generation's YoonA was able to find a place that accepted her invitation.

In other news, avid fans of the K-pop star will soon see the said celebrity in a new drama project. Girls Generation's YoonA will portray Eun San in the upcoming historical series tentatively titled "My King Loves." Similar to the global hit "Descendants of the Sun," the said drama will be pre-produced which means that all the episodes will be filmed in advance, according to All Kpop.

"My King Loves" tells the story of the ambitious crown prince Wang Won (Im Siwan) and his quest to become a powerful ruler. Supported by his childhood friend turned bodyguard Wang Rin (Hong Jong Hyun), the two characters will meet Eun San and a love triangle will form between them.

Filming activities for "My King Loves" is currently ongoing. The drama is slated for release sometime in 2017 on MBC.
