The purported final render of the highly anticipated OnePlus 5.

The rookie company from Shenzen in China is as of late making waves in the mobile phone scene as OnePlus is bound to unveil their follow up to 2016's OnePlus 3/3T - the OnePlus 5. With the plethora of leaks about the upcoming phone's innards and add-ons, quite a number of tech buffs agree that the new banner phone could be a fitting match to the industry's big guns - Apple and Samsung.

As most tech consumers nowadays have the whim of taking photos using their mobile devices, OnePlus 5's snapshot component could be one of the company's best armament in lunging head on towards Samsung's current Galaxy S8/S8+ and Apple's equally anticipated iPhone 8 and the 7S. Fans of the phone maker are very much acquainted to the recent report published by TrueTech where photos allegedly were taken by the yet to be released handset has grown to become a hot topic among them.

It was deemed as such as the EXIF metadata embedded within the images bared details about the photos. Albeit the quality of the spy shots, the breadcrumbs have to lead the publication to Shenzen from which OnePlus rose. Moreover, the picture quality is said to have been blurred up on purpose for some unknown reason not to mention that it was revealed that it the photos were taken using a phone with dual camera attributes.

In line with this, Kore Portal has cited the OnePlus 5's purported specs, pricing, and even its release date as it was posted by a retail site named Oppomart. A photo of what could be the phone's final render was even showcased as it featured a vertical camera setup. However, recent reports suggest that another iteration of the phone shows otherwise.

Avid followers, on the other hand, are advised to wait for an official statement from the company about the OnePlus 5. If Oppomart's listing is anything to go by, the flagship killer is believed to be released this June. Check out a video about the phone here:
