Plastic surgery has been one of the go-to methods of several celebrities who would like to enhance their appearances. Recently, Sistar's Soyou revealed the surgical enhancements she made to her body after receiving hateful comments from critics.

Sistar's Soyou made a surprising revelation when she appeared as a guest on the MBC show "Radio Star." Aired on May 3, Wednesday, the Kpop idol confessed to having had the tip of her nose surgical enhanced, Soompi reported.

Many of the celebrities on the said show were surprised when the singer revealed her plastic surgery procedure. Sistar's Soyou explained that she had her nose done given the negative comments that she received about her looks from several netizens.

The Kpop idol and TV personality even admitted having considered getting her lips surgically enhanced as well. However, Sistar's Soyou did not proceed with the said operation.

Sistar's Soyou's "Radio Star" guest appearance also led her to open up about her early day's training as a Kpop idol and her various part-time jobs. Having attained a license in cosmetology, the songstress recounted how she used to assist in doing the hair and make-up of several groups such as 4minute and Highlight, formerly known as Beast.

Apart from plastic surgery and former part-time roles, the Kpop star also talked about the pressures of losing weight and maintaining a slim figure. Sistar's Soyou stated that it was very difficult for her to shed unwanted pounds to stay thin but she has no problem with exercising.

The singer even shared in an earlier interview with Cosmopolitan magazine, as cited by All Kpop, that she enjoyed working out. Sistar's Soyou highlighted how she would rather have a toned body than a slim figure and confessed that she refrains from weighing herself constantly.

Sistar's Soyou explained that she does not need to see the numbers on a weighing scale to determine whether she has a great body. She added, "The issue is not if I weigh 50 or 55 kilograms but how I truly feel about my body when I look at myself with my own eyes ... Since I check my body in the mirror, I don't need to weigh myself on a scale."
