Latest spoiler news teased of a tense face-off between Mary (Samantha Smith) and Mr. Ketch (David Haydn-Jones) that might potentially threaten Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean's (Jensen Ackles) mother's life.

However, a tense encounter between the two characters will lead to a physical fight where Mary will end up being tied to a chair while Mr. Ketch inspects what appears to be torture implements.

Meanwhile, it is still unclear if Sam and Dean will be able to rescue Mary in "Supernatural" Season 12 episode 20. The two Winchester brothers will be busy trying to help twin witches find their own mother.
