'Call of Duty: World War II' New Trailer, Release Date & Additional Game Features

The American video game publisher Activision has launched a new trailer for “Call of Duty: World War II” along with some added information that would gamers expect from the game.

Together with video game developer Sledgehammer Games, “Call of Duty: World War II” will launch in November for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. There is also a possibility that Activision will release more information about the game on the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) at Los Angeles Convention Center, Los Angeles, California. The “Call of Duty: World War II” story campaign shows the authenticity and cinematic intensity of World War II paying tribute to the remarkable heroism of the Fighting First.

The setting of “Call of Duty: World War II” is in European arena of the second Great War. It follows the single-player story of U.S.1st Infantry Division during the war, showing fighting scenes from Normandy, France, Belgium and lastly Germany. Gamers can choose a female character from the French resistance group. Missions of Battle of the Bulge and D-Day invasion of Normandy are included.

Moreover, “Call of Duty: World War II” introduces a full Multiplayer feature but details are not yet fully revealed. It has War Mode that immerses gamers to World War II battles. It offers Allied and Axis battle from the team-driven gameplay that is objective-focused. In addition, there is Divisions feature that let the players enlist themselves to World War II. They can choose from different Divisions including Armored and Infantry.

“Call of Duty: World War II” has an additional feature called Headquarters. It is a social place featuring awards and recognition. This new feature of “Call of Duty: World War II” is dedicated to engagement off the frontlines.

Another feature returning to “Call of Duty: World War II” is the Boots-on-the-Ground gameplay, featuring a store of World War II-era weapons, and run-and-gun intense action. The Zombie mode is also returning to “Call of Duty: World War II”.

There will be a pre-order for “Call of Duty: World War II” and it includes access to the private beta that is available first on PS4. There are three game editions: and it includes Base Edition and Digital Base Edition that costs $59.99, Digital Deluxe Edition that includes season pass and more with a price tag of $99.99, and the Pro Edition that contains season pass, collectible steel book, and more. Pro Edition is only available in GameStop and it costs $99.99.
