PSY's New Instagram Account Now Has 32,000 Followers In Just 3 Days
The King of Gangnam Style is now taking Instagram by storm. PSY has officially joined the social media platform and now goes by the handle @42PSY42.
PSY initially posted cartoon image of himself in various personas as he poses his signature dance moves for his hits "Gangnam Style", "Daddy" and "Gentleman." His posts also includes him in costume, having a concert, and clips from his music videos. He has also made sure to include snaps with him hanging out with members of his YG family and collaborators. There was also a snap with him and good friend Rain, SBS Pop Asia reported .
While some fans are unsure if PSY's account is legit, it seems that members of the YG family like WINNER's Seungyoon already know that it's the real deal. The artist recently posted on his own Instagram a welcome to his senior as he starts his Instagram journey. The account is also increasing its number of followers rapidly. From a single follower on the first day, the account now has 32,500 followers.
The creation of PSY's account comes in the wake of YGs announcement that the "Gangnam Style" star is making a comeback after his 1 ½ year hiatus. The fresh album will be the follow up to his "Psy-da" album which featured his dance hit "Daddy" featuring 2NE1 leader CL. It also featured collaborations with international artists like Dream which he did with XIA and ROCKnROLLbaby, a collaboration with Black Eyed Peas' WILL.I.AM.
According to a report by Soompi , PSY is preparing for the release of two music videos which will be released in time of the album which will feature exciting new collaborations. One of the music will feature his good friend and GI Joe star Lee Byung Hun. The other music video will feature guest artist Son Naeun of K-pop group APINK.
