Scott Disick And Kourtney Kardashian Update: Latter Gives Joint Custody Ultimatum As Former Extends In Rehab!

Scott Disick was visited in rehab by his three children, Sunday; Mason is five, Penelope three, and 10 month old Reign, according to IBT.

The children were accompanied by the famous Kardashian momager, and grandmother to the kids, Kris Jenner.

Giving himself the title "The Lord", American TV personality Disick checked himself into the luxurious Cliffside Rehab Center in Malibu, Calif.; where he is being treated for drug and alcohol abuse.

Longtime partner Kourtney Kardashian was nowhere in sight; attending Kim Kardashian's baby shower instead.

Scott and Kourtney met at a friend's house, and began dating in 2006. Their off-again, on-again relationship is well documented on reality show "Keeping Up With The Kardashians."

Kourtney Kardashian split from Scott Disick in July after photos of Scott getting cozy with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli surfaced while on vacation in Monte Carlo, France surfaced. He was also seen at a Los Angeles club going home with two women, revealed People.

The couple share nine years together.

Disick seeks joint custody of his three children and plans to stay in rehab for the next 90 days. Scott has sworn to Kourtney and Kris that he will continue treatment until January.

Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian warns Scott Disick that if he left the facility earlier than expected, they would fight his request for joint custody.

"Kris and Kourtney have set the terms that he is to stay in treatment for a total of 90 days, with the option to do outpatient after one month." reveals a source close to the star to Mirror. "They told him that anything less is not acceptable and will prevent him from obtaining joint custody.

During a recent episode on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," Scott is seen breaking down in tears.

"It's been a really hard time, going from like, having all of you guys to having nobody," Scott tells the Kardashian family as he addressed the split.
