'Dance Moms' Season 8 News & Update: Show Conducts Total Cast Reboot?
Following the announcement that Abby Lee Miller will no longer be part of the show, and Cheryl Burke taking her place as regular coach, another rumor surrounds "Dance Moms" Season 8 as it airs its upcoming season. Several reports claim the show will undergo a total reboot of its cast, meaning they will be removing all of its previous members, including the dancers, once it returns to air.
In March, Miller posted on Instagram that she will be leaving "Dance Moms" due to reasons like being "manipulated," "disrespected," and "used" every day by men who have not had any experience in dancing. Miller added the producers have been disrespecting her ideas and said she was proud she did not follow the instructions of their producer/
Miller was replaced by former "Dancing With The Stars" pro Cheryl Burke in the remainder of season 7, Entertainment Tonight reported. With this, several rumors are also circulating that Burke will be hosting "Dance Moms" season 8. Aside from this, there had been news that all junior elites, including the dancers, will also be replaced by a new cast.
According to iTechPost, Kendall Vertes, Kalani Hilliker, Nia Sioux, Camryn Bridges and Chloe Lukasiak will no longer be part of "Dance Moms" season 8 but this was not confirmed yet by the show. However, the publication pointed out the girls were seen crying towards the end of their last filming days which makes the speculations convincing.
The publication added that a new group of girls, which are believed to be replacing the above-mentioned, were seen surrounding Bryan Stinson in a photo posted by the latter. Aside from Burke, Sophia Lucia is also speculated to be joining the upcoming season of "Dance Moms." In addition to Lucia, Fallon Chapman, who previously participated in the show for a few episodes is also rumored to be joining the cast.
