After a brief hiatus, "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 8 returns with all-new episode this week. The CBS' police procedural resumes its run with Episode 21 titled "Battle Scars." The Naval Criminal Investigative Services of Los Angeles work on a sensitive case that involves former Navy Commander and Veterans Affairs Administrator. In "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 8, Episode 21 Hetty gets connected to her former Vietnam War colleagues. Hetty, Admiral AJ Chegwidden and Admiral Sterling Bridges reunite to solve a case that involves a corrupt official from the office of Veterans Affairs. The administrator abruptly disappeared. Upon investigation, it is discovered that he was misusing the government funds. As they dig deeper into the case, they discover that the officer has been kidnapped by a highly decorated Navy Commander.

"After a highly decorated Navy Captain, Charles Langston kidnaps a Veterans Affairs administrator who has been siphoning funds, the NCIS team must work with Hetty's former Vietnam War colleagues, now-retired Admiral AJ Chegwidden and Admiral Sterling Bridges to solve the case," reads the official synopsis for "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 8, Episode 21 as on Spoiler TV.

The episode titled "Battle Scars" was written by Jordana Lewis Jaffe & Andrew Bartels and directed by James Whitmore, Jr. Joining the cast as guest stars in "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 8, Episode 21 are Carly Lumbly as Charles Langston, John M. Jackson as Admiral AJ Chegwidden and James Remar as Admiral Sterling Bridges.
