According to the description, "Once Upon A Time" Season 6, Episode 18 focuses on Zelena's efforts to put a stop on The Black Fairy. The flashback tells the story about Zelena's friendship with a cursed woodcutter. She is forced to make some hard decisions that could cost her, her powers.

In the present day, in Storybrooke, Zelena takes matters in her own hands and decides to go after The Black Fairy. Her actions puts her relationship with Regina in danger. Meanwhile, Emma and Hook's wedding planning continues. However, there is a slight disagreement between Snow and Charming.

"In flashback, Zelena befriends a young woodcutter who has been cursed and turns to her for help finding a new heart. Zelena is forced to choose between keeping her powers and her friendship with him. Meanwhile, in Storybrooke, Zelena decides to take on the Black Fairy and put a stop to her, once and for all, against Regina's wishes, and the Charmings disagree over Emma and Hook's wedding plans," reads the official synopsis for "Once Upon A Time" Season 6, Episode 18 as on the network's official website.
