'The Flash' Season 2 Spoilers: Dr. Stein Finds New Firestorm; More Characters To Make Comeback
"The Flash" season two spoilers revealed that Dr. Stein has found the new Firestorm including the appearance of Dr. Wells' Earth-2 version at the end of "The Fury of Firestorm" episode, according to MTV.
Dr. Stein is in need to find his counterpart as soon as possible to control his metabolic problem for him not to die, according to Hidden Remote.
"We need to find someone to pair him with to make his body whole again," Grant Gustin said during a set visit in Vancouver. "So we're trying to find a compatible match, but he's declining quickly and things don't go as smoothly as everyone would like them to go," he added, according to TV line.
Dr. Stein has been stabilized by Cisco played by Carlos Valdes with the help of Well's old wheelchair's power source that can last for a few days. He would only be saved by a potential Firestorm partner to merge with his mutated molecules in "The Flash" season two episode four.
Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) is helping Dr. Stein to find a new match to merge with before he dies, since that Ronnie's gone. Two matches were mechanic Jefferson "Jax" Jackson and scientist Henry Hewitt; both have been affected by the blast of particle accelerator explosion, according to MTV.
Fast forward to what happened in "The Flash" Jax had a broken knee and lost his football scholarship due to the explosion, which gave Barry and Stein an idea on how they can convince him to go to S.T.A.R Labs. They tried to persuade Jax that they can fix his knee at the Labs however, Jax rejected any involvement related to the explosion leaving Barry and Dr. Stein disappointed.
Unlike Jax, Dr. Hewitt is willing to join the team and everyone is looking forward for a positive outcome from the merge. The bond didn't work which made Hewitt furious and raged out the lab, and slowly he began to develop the Firestorm abilities, according to International Business Times.
Jax finally went to the lab in hopes to fix his broken knee but to his surprise, Caitlin revealed their original purpose about choosing him as a possible candidate to be Firestorm. However, he immediately declined the thought of being a superhero.
Caitlin got angry and asked, "Who would say no to being a superhero," but eventually Jax showed up at the lab again to merge with Stein. The bond was successful and Jax has become the new Firestorm.
Spoilers revealed that the Earth-2 Harrison Wells appeared and came to rescue Barry and Patty's life from the meta-human King Shark, according to International Business Times.
