‘Suspicious Partner’ Updates: Ji Chang Wook Reveals Dance Moves, ‘Healer’ Actor Teases Exciting Project

The upcoming SBS series "Suspicious Partner" is set to delight avid Kdrama fans with a storyline that boasts of suspenseful scenes mixed with elements of romance and comedy. Recently, the drama's main cast that includes Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun participated in a public event to promote the series.

Given the upcoming presidential elections in South Korea, Ji Chang Wook and some of his fellow "Suspicious Partners" cast members recently participated in a musical themed campaign-style event on the streets of Seoul.  The "Healer" actor even spoke in front of a podium and addressed the crowd while promoting the SBS drama, Korean news outlet Donga reported.

Ji Chang Wook also showcased his dance moves as he and co-stars Nam Ji Hyun and Choi Tae Joon parodied the award-winning musical Hollywood movie "La La Land." The "Healer" star even displayed his silly side as he joined the dancers in front of the stage after asking the audience to tune in to "Suspicious Partners" when it airs in May.

Meanwhile, "The K2" star shared his thoughts about joining the upcoming series "Suspicious Partner." In a recent interview, Ji Chang Wook expressed his excitement in portraying a role for a romantic comedy series, The Star quoted the actor as saying. Given his recent drama projects where he portrayed action roles such as a bodyguard and a vigilante-like night messenger, participating in the said SBS drama is a welcome change for him.

Ji Chang Wook even described "Suspicious Partner" as a fun project and conveyed his anticipation to begin filming activities for the said drama. He even shared that he is already looking forward to working with his co-stars on set and how he is hoping to enjoy several funny moments while filming.

"Suspicious Partner" is set to replace the historical fantasy series "Saimdang, Light's Diary" which will release its finale episode in early May. Ji Chang Wook's new drama will premiere on May 10, Wednesday, on SBS.
