South Korean model Lee Sung Kyung has shown different facets of her talent in projects that showed off her passion for acting and singing. Recently, the "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" actress shared her thoughts about her career, including the many dating controversies that she was involved in over the years.

Lee Sung Kyung's star began to shine when the model turned actress participated in several drama projects that showed off the range of her acting abilities. She appeared in the TV series "It's Okay, That's Love," "Queen's Flower," followed by the 2016 dramas "Cheese in the Trap," "Doctors" and "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo." Given her back-to-back projects in 2016, Lee Sung Kyung's popularity started to rise and she is now considered one of the promising stars in the South Korean entertainment industry.

Amidst Lee Sung Kyung's growing popularity, the rising star revealed one thing she hated about her career. In an interview with U.S. fashion magazine W, she lamented over the constant attention that she would get from fans and the paparazzi. The "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" actress even confessed that she has been spending more time at home rather than go out.

However, a recent solo trip to Paris helped her to recharge her tired body and mind. Lee Sung Kyung even described her vacation as a "healing" period for herself away from the South Korean media and public. She explained, "Being in the public eye, you never really have time to yourself. Even when you're alone, you feel that everyone is watching you and you can't ever get away from them."

Lee Sung Kyung also discussed her dating life and confessed that finding a boyfriend is "impossible given the tabloids." She even debunked earlier dating controversies that linked her to male models or some of her co-stars such as the "Doctors" actor Yoon Kun Sang and "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo" star Nam Joo Hyuk.

Meanwhile, Lee Sung Kyung revealed in a previous interview that she only started dating in her early twenties, All Kpop reported. Her first relationship happened a month before she turned 22 years old, according to the model turned actress.

Lee Sung Kyung is currently busy completing pictorial projects for various magazines. The actress is said to be reviewing potential projects but plans to make her big screen debut in 2017.
