'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 85 Spoilers: Team Goku Welcomes Back Piccolo, Android 17
In "Dragon Ball Super" episode 84, Goku and Gohan visited the simple and quiet life of Krillin and Android 18 to convince them in joining Universe 7 in the "Tournament of Power." Now that both Android 18 and Krillin are joining, additional members competing with them will include Piccolo and Android 17.
In the last episode, when Goku finally convinced Android 18, the latter also thought about recruiting his brother, Android 17. In a translated synopsis for episode 85 released by Todd Blankenship, Goku did not waste time and rushed to Dende's place to ask help in locating the said cyborg.
In the upcoming episode of "Dragon Ball Super," it seems like Goku will be successful in recruiting Android 17 and the cyborg will be making his come back sooner than expected as claimed by Comic Book. In "Dragon Ball Z," Android 17 was among the victims of Kid Buu's devastating power. He was revived upon the request of Vegeta to Dende to bring all the good-hearted victims' lives who died from Buu's attacks.
After his revival, Android 17 has appeared in very few scenes in "Dragon Ball GT." If he decides to accept Goku's offer, he will fight alongside them for Universe 7. Aside from him, Piccolo will also be recruited by Gohan as the latter wants to enlist his martial arts sensei in the "Tournament of Power."
