'Dragon Ball Super' Episode 84 Spoilers, Predictions: Krillin, No. 18 Joins Goku's Team
"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 84 is entitled, "Son Goku the Recruiter Invites Krillin and No. 18," which suggests that the events in the episode will involve the above-mentioned characters in Goku's pursuit of recruiting fighters to represent the Universe 7 in an upcoming battle. Goku will be surprised that by the time he invited Krillin to train, the latter never stopped pushing himself in training since he and Goku started as sparring mates.
In the official trailer released for "Dragon Ball Super" episode 84, Krillin is seen fighting Gohan, while Goku and No. 18 watch over them while discussing. Though it was shown that Gohan doubts Krillin's fighting abilities, Goku is sure that his friend is a really strong fighter. He also plans to convince No. 18, but the conflict stems for both Krillin and his wife as they will be leaving their daughter behind in case they accept the invitation.
In "Dragon Ball Super" episode 84, although Krillin already convinced himself to retire from martial arts and continue his job as a police officer with a simple life, his experience fighting with Goku may convince him and his wife to join in the Tournament of Power. Aside from Krillin and No. 18, No. 17 may also be joining Goku's team as her sister, No. 18, will try to find and convince him to be one of the Universe 7 fighters.
Other universes joining the tournament are Universe 11, 1, 5, 8 and 12 which were deemed strongest as they were already exempted in the preliminary round. These universes gained a score of 7, while Universe 7 to which Goku belongs, only garnered a rating of 3.17. The weakest of all is Universe 9 which was rated with a 1.86 score.
