‘Scarlet Heart Ryeo’ Star Lee Jun Gi, ‘Healer’ Actress Park Min Young Make Cute Couple In ‘Sweetheart In Your Ear 2’

The tvN reality show "Sweetheart in Your Ear 2" gave viewers a glimpse at the onscreen chemistry between Lee Jun Gi and Park Min Young. Recently, the "Scarlet Heart Ryeo" actor and the "Healer" star had a candid phone conversation with each other during the show's recent episode.

Lee Jun Gi and Park Min Young have had interesting discussions with one another through the said tvN reality show where they shared details about themselves, including what they did in the past and their respective plans for the future. Dubbed "Sweetheart in Your Ear 2," the show might have given the said celebrities the chance to open up about their aspirations through phone conversations, but they have no idea of each other's identity.

The "Scarlet Heart Ryeo" star and the "Healer" actress used codenames, namely Red Ginseng and Bunny Bunny, respectively. However, the recent episode of "Sweetheart in Your Ear 2" featured a unique situation where Lee Jun Gi's tvN activities were unveiled through social media. A clip posted on All Kpop featured the actor's distraught reaction as he learned about the online reports that disclosed his identity on the tvN show.

The "Sweetheart in Your Ear 2" clip also showed Lee Jun Gi trying to prepare himself before talking to his mysterious friend. Park Min Young, aka Bunny Bunny, even jokingly chastised him and asked whether she should pretend that she did not see the online reports. 

Apart from the said conversation, the "Healer" star also talked about a previous event that they attended together. Giving Lee Jun Gi a chance to guess her identity, Park Min Young recounted that they once shared a stage together, referring to an earlier KBS Award event, where they stood close enough to feel each other's body heat.

Meanwhile, the two South Korean actor's phone conversations in "Sweetheart in Your Ear 2" sparked a deluge of fan feedback expressing support for the TV couple. Avid viewers highlighted Park Min Young and Lee Jun Gi's camaraderie with each other and that they would make a cute drama couple together.

In other news, Park Min Young is set to make her drama comeback in the upcoming KBS series "Seven Day Queen," In a statement released by the actress' agency, as obtained by OSEN, CultureDepot confirmed her decision to play the lead role in the said series.

"Seven Day Queen" is expected to premiere in June. Meanwhile, "Sweetheart in Your Ear 2" airs every Saturday on tvN.
