‘Strong Woman Do Bong Soon’ Stars Park Hyung Sik, Park Bo Young To Go To Bali? JTBC Plans Reward Trip
"Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" has been well-received by avid K-drama fans as evidenced by its strong ratings. To celebrate the drama's successful run, it appears that JTBC is looking to reward Park Hyung Sik, Park Bo Young, as well as other cast and crew members with a special vacation treat.
The production team behind the hit romantic comedy series "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon," including the show's stars such as Park Hyung Sik and Park Bo Young, are expected to enjoy a complimentary trip after the drama releases its final episode. Several reports indicated that the cast and crew would be heading to Bali to relax and enjoy a fun beach vacation.
However, JTBC recently clarified the said reward trip destination. A source from the South Korean cable channel told Sports Chosun that they have yet to finalize their plans for the "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" cast and crew members' vacation treat. Rewarding the drama's stars and production staff was discussed but the timelines and location details were not identified, according to the said source.
Moreover, it is unsure if Park Hyung Sik, Park Bo Young, and Ji Soo will join the upcoming reward trip. The JTBC source also did not disclose whether the said celebrities will be participating in the "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" reward trip.
Meanwhile, the JTBC drama continued its TV rating climb with "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" episode 8 posting the show's highest viewership shares to-date. Aired on March 18, the said episode registered ratings of 9.6 percent and 10.2 percent across South Korea and in the Seoul metropolitan area, respectively, according to Nielsen Korea, as cited by Soompi.
The latest "Strong Woman Do Bong Soon" viewership shares even toppled JTBC's highest TV rating for a drama program. Released in October 2012, "Childless Comfort" previously held the said cable channel's highly-rated drama honor with peak viewership shares of 9.2 percent.
