Brad Pitt Has "Been Texting" Ex-Wife Jennifer Aniston Ever Since Greeting Her A Happy Birthday

The ongoing divorce between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt is still fresh and new but some reports suggest that Pitt has "been texting" Jennifer Aniston, his ex-wife.

Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston met in 1998 and had decided to settle down privately in Malibu on July 29, 2000. However, the ex-couple did not last long and separated in 2005 after the "Allied" star has been reported having a new romance with Angelina Jolie.
This has been the same year when Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had their "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" movie, attracting the media and everyone's attention since he was still legally married to Aniston that time.

However, despite the controversial relationship, the couple had been admired by many people, tagging them as Brangelina. But after almost 12 years of being together, adopting several children from different parts of the world, and showing their love for each other publicly, rad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had decided to divorce.

According to Mirror, the 41-year-old actress was "extremely upset" about Pitt's parenting with the kids.
"This decision was made for the health of the family," attorney Robert Offer said.

Although this alone sent shockwaves to Brangelina fans, Brad Pitt's way of reaching out to ex-wife is even more shocking. According to Yahoo! News, the ex-lovers have "been texting" after Pitt got Aniston's number just to wish her a happy birthday on Feb. 11.

"They started talking once he wished her a happy birthday," an insider said. He also said that the two continued to talk with Brad mentioning about having a hard time coping up with the split. Some texts also involved the two reminiscing about their past.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Aniston's husband Justin Theroux said that he was fine and that there's no problem with the former lovers talking again. He also said that "Jen just wants to be nice."
