Lee Min-Ho 10th-Year Anniversary: "The Legend of the Blue Sea" Actor Gives Thanks To Fans Through Songs
Lee Min-Ho marked his ten years in the entertainment industry by spending some time with his fans despite his tight schedule. The 29-year old star has held a couple of meet-and-greet events last Feb. 18 and 19.
Over 6,000 fans of Min-Ho went to Kyung Hee University in Seoul, South Korea for this rare opportunity to meet the Hallyu star during the event called "The Originality of Lee Min-Ho." Lee expressed his gratefulness for the support of his fans and thanked them for spending time with him.
Min-Ho spiced up the events by showing different sides of him that have been unknown to many. Reports also indicate that he performed several tracks from his new international album titled "Always by LEE MIN-HO." The photos from the event were reportedly circulated on Facebook.
Meantime, Min-Ho has been in the entertainment industry for 10 years and the star has been met with a number of intriguing stories, given his journey from being the boy-next-door to becoming one of the most recognizable personalities. Incidentally, the "Boys Over Flowers" actor was featured in an interview with Sina News China, wherein he recalls his humble beginnings and shares his plans for the coming years, Soompi reported.
"Bounty Hunters" actor, meanwhile, is set to release an album in March. According to reports, the "Legend of the Blue Sea" star's new single entitled "Always by Lee Min-Ho" was able to share his gratitude to his fans that have been giving support over the last ten years of his career.
"The Legend of the Blue Sea" actor's agency said that it is not a usual thing for an actor with no official singing career to launch an album internationally. It should be noted that the actor had also been able to release tributes from 2013 to 2015 for his fans, Inquirer reported.
