Jeremy Renner has no plans in getting involved with female co-stars in terms of salary matters unlike Bradley Cooper, he said to Business Insider.

It started from the trending essay posted by Jennifer Lawrence titled "Why Do I Make Less Than My Co-Stars," his co-star in the film "American Hustle" pointing out about wage gap issues. This news began when Lawrence found out the wage difference when a Sony email was exposed during a hack, reports on Business Insider.

"That's not my job," Jeremy Renner said on Business Insider. He also added that he knows human behavior but not something to do with money matters because he let other people handle it. Jeremy Renner continued that he does what he's good at and focus on it, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Although, Jeremy Renner fully supports his female co-stars to receive fair salaries but he would prefer to focus with his acting, stated on Us Weekly.

Unlike him, Bradley Cooper who's touched by Lawrence essay had committed himself to help their female co-stars in negotiating equal salaries before doing a film.

Female stars like Jennifer Lawrence and Amy Adams, who won her best actress award, were paid less in their movie "American Hustle". Adams "should have been paid more than everybody" for her work on the film, Cooper, said according to Reuters.

Forbes named Jennifer Lawrence 2015's highest-paid actress said, she's not angry with Sony, but with herself for backing down too soon with the negotiation, as reported on Business Insider.

"I would be lying if I didn't say there was an element of wanting to be liked that influenced my decision to close the deal without a real fight." She added on her essay.

Jennifer said she doesn't want to appear 'difficult' or 'spoiled' because everything seemed fine to her until she saw the payroll on the Internet and realized that every male actor she had worked with, haven't felt like 'spoiled' or 'difficult', stated on Business Insider
