'John Wick Chronicles' VR Is Now Available Via Steam; The Game Received Several Positive Reviews

John Wick 2 is not hitting the big screen, while the video game "John Wick Chronicles" is also now available via Steam. A new breed of wave shooter was born and it is adapted in VR, which is playable via HTV Vive.

"John Wick Chronicles" is an action packed game, which is obviously derived from the original film John Wick started by the amazing Keanu Reeves. As per the Upload VR, the "John Wick Chronicles" is one of the best shooter games ever made for VR. The game was labeled as one of the most polished VR games in the library as it really provides the action and thrill of the wave-shooting game.

The Lionsgate Interactive president Peter Levin said in an interview that the game was designed with an arcade style, but with the ability to move around. Levin also added that in the "John Wick Chronicles," movement is a must since the game allows the player to hide behind walls and tables and make everything in the room for a good cover and enemy sight.

The game focuses on simple mechanics as the developers said. They create the game in a simple presentation to make sure that old and new VR players can easily adapt the game.

However, as PC Gamer was able to have a first touch of the game, they said that "John Wick Chronicles" is not a game that everybody might play for long hours. Upon reviewing, they said that the game gets boring after each level.

It just happens that the "John Wick Chronicles" offers a limited movement capacity. Compared to the film, "John Wick Chronicles" only allow players to cover, hide and shoot, making the game a pure shooting game without hand-to-hand combat.

"John Wick Chronicles" is not available on Steam. It is playable using HTC Vive VR headset and can be purchased for $19.99.
