Fans have begun to analyze just what the similarities between G-Dragon and Sulli's social media accounts could possibly convey when it came to their personal relationship.
It all started when the 22-year-old singer-actress and former f(x) member posted a selfie with a smirk inside a plane.
The 28-year-old Big Bang leader also posted a selfie with a similar smirk while on his flight to France for his invite-only art exhibit.
This led fans to speculate that the two celebrities could have possibly shared the same flight.
Sulli also posted a travel photo where fans noticed the heart-shaped ring on her finger.
G-Dragon previously posted a photo of his rings, one of which was the heart ring that resembled Sulli's.
Sulli and her friends Brown Eyed Girls' Ga In and Goo Hara attended G-Dragon's exclusive exhibition "Peaceminusone" in Paris.
The three female celebrities were also spotted with G-Dragon hanging out at Lotte World last week shortly after they returned to South Korea.
G-Dragon covered himself up with a dark hat and mask but fans still recognized him just based on his mobile phone case.
Since Sulli is known to be in a relationship with Choiza and Ga In with actor Joo Ji Hoon, netizens concluded that Sulli and G-Dragon are just really close friends. This was how fans connected their similar Instagram posts, according to Koreaboo.
Netizens also speculated that G-Dragon is most probably secretly dating the 26-year-old former Kara member Goo Hara.
Goo Hara's management label KeyEast immediately dismissed dating rumors between the singers.
"The dating rumors going around on fan pages are ridiculous. G-Dragon and Hara are friends," stated KeyEast.
They added, "There were other people there too. They don't have a special relationship."
