'The Legend Of The Blue Sea' Spoiler Alert: Lee Ji Hoon Dropped Hints About A Love Triangle Between Him, Shim Cheong and Heo Joon Jae

‘The Legend of the Blue Sea’ beats DOTS on its first episode’s viewer ratings.

It was no secret for "Legend Of The Blue Sea" fans to know that Heo Chi Hyun has a huge possibility to have a love triangle with characters Shim Cheong (Jun Ji Hyun) and Heo Joon Jae (Lee Min Ho). Lee Ji Hoon, who plays the part, has recently revealed that there is about 80 percent chance for him to enter the scene. 

According to Soompi, a few hints were dropped in the middle part of one of today's hottest Korean drama "The Legend Of The Blue Sea." It shows the closeness that Shim Cheong and Heo Chi Hyun have as they continue to hang out not only once, but a few more times. Although he has done it on purpose, it's undeniable that Heo Chi Hyun is enjoying his time spent with Shim Cheong, and this gives rise to speculations that there will be a love triangle. However, the speculations seem to fade when he has set himself off against the two of them, leaving fans with questions whether Heo Chi Hyun and Shim Cheong will have something more special. 

"I also saw many comments asking for a love triangle. As I looked through them, I got curious, so I asked the writer if there would be one. After the writer said, 'There's an 80 percent chance that there will be a love triangle," Lee Ji Hoon said. "I called my company immediately. I said that they were going to connect me and Jun Ji Hyun. Although that was just my dream."

Actor Lee Ji Hoon was also asked about what he felt with the story's progress. In a quick response, he stated how the writers have thought about the development of the story and that it would be better if it will be in that direction.
