Song Seung Heon Reveals His Favorite Female Co-Star
Hallyu star Song Seung Heon immediately thought of his girlfriend and Chinese actress Liu Yi Fei as his favorite female co-star and talked about his marriage plans.
The handsome actor showed another romantic side when he naturally thought of his 29-year-old girlfriend and co-star in the 2015 Chinese romance film "The Third Way of Love" when he was asked to reveal the actress he had the best chemistry with.
He sat down for an interview Tuesday on SBS' "One Night of Entertainment."
"What should I say?" Soompi quoted Song Seung Heon as saying and then he added as a hint, "It was best with that person."
The interviewer then followed up to ask what attracted him to the Chinese actress.
"That wasn't in the questions, was it?" he said before he answered, "It wasn't during the filming, it was towards the end [that I became attracted to her.]"
The couple made their relationship public August 2015. Song Seung Heon revealed during the press conference for the joint Chinese and South Korean film "The Third Way of Love" that he first noticed Liu Yi Fei in the 2011 fantasy supernatural movie "A Chinese Ghost Story."
Song Seung Heon also revealed in the recent interview that he dreams of starting his own family.
"It's my dream to have a happy family after marriage. Although I can withstand criticism, I dream of being a great father more than a great actor," said the actor.
He added, "I'm really envious of my friends who have wives and children."
Song Seung Heon returned to the small screen in the new SBS drama "Saimdang, Light's Diary" alongside Lee Young Ae who made him nervous.
He confessed that his new character was better than him in a lot of ways but that they were similar in one aspect.
"If I really like a person, if I love a person, I think I would only have eyes for the person like Lee Gyeom. I would love and care for that one person," he said.
