WhatsApp is developing a new update that will allow companies to verify their accounts. A turnaround to attract businesses, they will be able to use the instant messaging application without fear of being supplanted.

Some companies already use WhatsApp to get in touch with their customers, but verified accounts are one way to increase this usage. So far it has not been officially released, so it is being tested as stated in the account @WABetaInfo

The logo which has been available to celebrities and business accounts on Facebook will be available in the beta update 2.17.1 application for iOS and Android . WABetaInfo also warned that in this new version, iOS equipment can use Siri to read incoming messages, either one or all chat, although not clear how this work.

To achieve this, WhatsApp will add a symbol to the accounts of those companies that it checks since it has become a necessity after many companies and brands use this app as an additional channel of attention for the public.
