Thousands of gamers around the world are now excited for the launching of the "Tekken 7" game. While details about the upcoming game remain scarce until now, Bandai Namco has already debunked claims saying that it will drop the much-awaited title in February 2017.

Reports about "Tekken 7" getting a February 2017 release have been making rounds since last year - thanks to all rumor websites who keep us feeding with lies. However, players patiently waiting for the game will have to wait longer after it has been confirmed that it will not arrive soon.

While some got totally disappointed with the delay, there are still a few gamers who think that "Tekken 7" is going to be a great game, considering all the years spent to develop the game. Despite Bandai Namco debunking the fake claims, rumors about the game remain to surface until now.

Segment Next reported that "Tekken 7" will be featured in the Taipei International Game Show (IGS) on January 19 to 24. Speculations also have it that most characters from the previous installments are making a comeback.

Among the personalities gamers can expect in "Tekken 7" include Roger Jr., Julie Chang, Anna Williams and Zafina among others. More characters like Rage Arts should also be expected in the upcoming game. It will be available in PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Meanwhile, Avoiding the Puddle previously reported that Bandai Namco might drop "Tekken 7" in the last week of February 2017. "Insider sources at Bandai Namco Entertainment has tipped us off that the console/PC versions of Tekken 7 will be releasing on the last week of February next year," the blog claimed.

"Tekken 7 was officially announced to be coming out during Early 2017 back at E3 2016 but this new time frame further narrows down the release window for the long awaited upcoming fighting game," the same report claimed. Stay tuned to Korea Portal for more "Tekken 7" news and updates!
