NBA Trade News: ‘Brook Lopez’ Is Now Available For A Trade; The Nets Are Actively Shopping Lopez For A Draft Pick

"Brook Lopez" has been sent back to the NBA trade block as the Brooklyn Nets are trying to rebuild their roster to compete in the next NBA season. "Brook Lopez" is the only valuable asset of the Nets that can send in exchange for 2 first-round picks as several reports show.

Nothin' But Nets reported that the Brookly Nets is currently in search of a trade where they could receive 2 first-round picks. This is due to the fact that they won't be getting lottery picks until 2018 despite of having the worst NBA record of this season.

The Boston Celtics have the rights to get the 1st round picks from the Nets until 2018, a deal came from the trade made last 2013 involving Pierce and Garnett. Nets made a wrong decision as they acquire the aging Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett and didn't get much of their prime during their stint with the Nets.

The 28-year old All-Star "Brook Lopez" leads the Brooklyn Nets in scoring production with 19.9 points per night with a handful of block, at least 1.7 shot denials per game. The Nets in search of a deal at the expense of Lopez, despite of his production, in which several analysts said that "Brook Lopez" don't fit in the Nets' current roster.
