Kim Yoo Jung Rushed To ER; Schedules Canceled
As reported early today, Kim Yoo Jung had to cancel schedules because she had to be rushed to the emergency room.
The report was confirmed by the production company behind the actress' upcoming film 'Because I Love You'. According to the film's production company, the actress has to be sent to the hospital because of a bad cold and exhaustion.
"Kim Yoo Jung's cold worsened after completing the 1 night 2 day-long promotion event in Hong Kong. Ultimately, she was sent to the emergency room for treatment last night. It's not to a severe degree of concern but it seems like she was exhausted from her busy schedule. She'll temporarily halt all promotions to rest and recover her health," said a representative of the production company.
Kim Yoo Jung was scheduled for an interview today, however, because of what happened, it was canceled.
'Because I Love You' is a fantasy-comedy film that tells the story of a high school student (Kim Yoo Jung) who guides a lost spirit (Cha Tae Hyun). The film is under 'Omnibus Film' and is directed by Joo Ji Hoong. It will hit the cinemas on January 4, 2017.
Kim Yoo Jung recently starred in a KBS2 historical drama 'Love in the Moonlight' (also known as 'Moonlight Drawn by Clouds') with actor Park Bo Gum. The drama ran from August 22, 2016, until October 18, 2016, with 18 episodes. It was both a domestic and international hit with an impressive viewer rating of 23.3% in South Korea. It also received praises and favorable attention from the international audience.
