Ji Chang Wook To Lead Another Drama 'The Happiest Time In My Life'
After the very successful 'The K2', Ji Chang Wook is confirmed to lead another drama again.
The production company, Imagine Asia, recently announced that Ji Chang Wook will lead a new drama entitled 'The Happiest Time In My Life'. The actor is said to be currently reviewing the male lead for the drama.
'The Happiest Time In My Life' is scriptwriter Choi Ho Chul's work. This will be Choi Ho Chul's first drama in 2 years. Two of his latest projects were 'Secret Love' on KBS2 in 2013 and 'Mask' on SBS in 2015.
The drama will be completed in pre-filming and is set to start filming March next year. Aside from Ji Chang Wook, no other actors were mentioned to be part of the said drama yet. Even the plot is not revealed yet.
If everything pushes through, 'The Happiest Time In My' will be Ji Chang Wook's last drama before his military enlistment.
Ji Chang Wook has recently done tvN's 'The K2' with lead actress YoonA. The drama ran from September 23, 2016, until November 12, 2016, with a total of 16 episodes. It received a favorable response from the viewers.
Ji Chang Wook's great on-screen chemistry with YoonA even led to speculations that the two are secretly dating in real life. The rumor, however, was immediately denied by both actors.
Ji Chang Wook is also doing a cameo appearance on Naver TV Cast's 'First Seven Kisses' where he starred with another six leading men. Along with him and Lee Cho-hee, who played the female lead, A-list Hallyu actors Lee Joon Gi, Park Hae Jin, Kai, Ok Taec Yeon, Lee Jong Suk, and Lee Min Ho joined the star-studded cast.
'First Seven Kisses' is a promotional web series produced for Lotte Duty-Free Shop.
