Lee Min Ho Gets Jealous During Cameo Appearance of Jo Jung Suk in “The Legend of the Blue Sea”
"The Legend of the Blue Sea" has released a preview teaser featuring actor "Incarnation of Jealousy" actor Jo Jung Suk.
SBS production for the drama has previously announced that Jo Jung Suk is making a cameo appearance in the fantasy romcom drama. In the preview video, the past world where Lee Min Ho acts as nobleman Kim Dam Ryung is seen dealing with a difficult situation. Later, back on the present world, Jun Ji Hyun as Shim Chung says, "People change." The clip then showed Jun Ji Hyun showed dealing with a jealous Lee Min Ho acting pettily like grabbing her hair. By the end of the video, Jun Ji Hyun is seen about to jump into the sea when suddenly a paramedic, portrayed by Jo Jung Suk, stops her. Suddenly, Jo Jung Suk points at Jun Ji Hyun looking shocked as the latter also appears to be surprised by Jung Suk's appearance. The scene seems to indicate some sort of connection between the two, which viewers will soon figure out on the seventh episode of "The Legend of the Blue Sea."
Culture Depot, the label to both Jo Jung Suk and Jun Ji Hyun, has also recently confirmed the actor's cameo appearance on the SBS drama.
"It's true that Jo Jung Suk is appearing on 'The Legend of the Blue Sea'," Culture Depot stated. "Please check on the broadcast to find out how he'll be appearing."
"The Legend of the Blue Sea" is a fantasy romance that follows the story of the last mermaid on Earth named Shim Chung, portrayed by actress Jun Ji Hyun. As she goes into the unfamiliar land of humans in the 21st century, she meets genius swindler Heo Joon Jae, played by actor Lee Min Ho, who is the reincarnation of nobleman Kim Dam Ryung from the Joseon Dynasty. As Shim Chung goes on land, she will try to adapt and survive through modern-day Seoul with the help of Joon Jae.
"The Legend of the Blue Sea" airs every Wednesday and Thursday at 22:00 (KST). Meanwhile, the seventh episode featuring Jo Jung Suk's cameo for the drama airs on December 7.
