Samsung Galaxy Tab A with S Pen Now Available in South Korea

Samsung recently released Galaxy Tab A with S Pen in South Korea.

The tablet highlights the S Pen feature which is a popular component of the Galaxy Note units.

Samsung proudly announced that the newest Tab A model allows users to "do more than ever before with full mouse-like functionality on the S Pen" and "share content effortlessly with Samsung SideSync 3.0."

The 2016 model of the tablet carries similarities with supersized and controversial Note 7 handsets. Users can transform videos to GIFs, translate words, make doodles and notes and take high definition pictures.

The SideSync 3.0 and Quick Connect features help users share data and contents from their Samsung smartphones, tablets and personal computers without hassle. It is also perfect for individuals who need to multitask. Users can open two applications side by side through the Multi Window feature.

The handset also helps parents regulate kids with their usage. The Kids Mode under the Samsung Galaxy Essentials help users to manage access, duration of usage and privacy of documents to keep children secure and safe while browsing.

Galaxy Tab A also carries Microsoft Office for free. Users can have their office works on mobile through Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel. More space for important documents, videos and photos with 100GB of Microsoft OneDrive storage which is complimentary for the first two years.

The 9.7 inch tablet is powered by Android 5.0 Lollipop with 1.2 GHz Quad-Core, Qualcomm APQ processor. It has a 2MP front and 5MP rear camera capable of 4x digital optical zoom.

Its 6000 mAh Li-Ion battery claims to last for 178 hours of music play time, 15 hours of internet use and 14 hours of video play time.

It has a 2GB ram and 16GB internal memory which can be upgraded up to 128GB with an external micro SD.

Android Authority reported that the Galaxy Tab A with S pen is sold for 498,000 won in South Korea.
